We started the renovation of this early 1900's farmhouse by gutting the entire structure and reframing the walls, ceilings, and floors to be plumb, straight, and level. We installed new doors and windows, updated the front porch and siding, and added a new sunroom on the back of the house.
We updated the interior of the house, built and installed custom birch cabinetry and flooring, and updated the appliances and fixtures.
At the customer's request, we created a contemporary sunroom while maintaining the traditional exterior front of the original farmhouse. The interior included a mix of traditional and contemporary features.
